  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Metro cities: Estimated delivery in 3–4 business days.
  • Non-metro cities: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all eligible orders unless stated otherwise.
  • No handling or packaging charges are applied.

Returns & Replacements

As most of our products are personalised and made-to-order, returns are limited.

  • Returns or replacements are supported if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
  • Personalised products are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.

How to Raise a Request

  • Share your Order ID and issue details.
  • Attach clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging.
  • Contact our support team within the eligible window.

Resolution Timeline

  • Approved replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
