- Non-metro cities: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all eligible orders unless stated otherwise.
- No handling or packaging charges are applied.
Returns & Replacements
As most of our products are personalised and made-to-order, returns are limited.
- Returns or replacements are supported if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
- Personalised products are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
