Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on Rainbow. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.

1) Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order, and before the order enters processing/production.
  • To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or Call during support hours.
  • If an order has already been processed or custom work has started, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

2) Returns & Refunds (30-Day Support Window)

  • We offer a hassle-free 30-day support window from the date of delivery for eligible issues.
  • For the fastest resolution, report any issue as soon as possible (recommended: within 24 hours of delivery) with order details and clear photos/videos.

3) Custom / Personalised Products (Important)

Since personalised products are made-to-order and cannot be resold, returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (name/date/text/photo uploaded)
  • Design approval mistakes after preview/confirmation (where applicable)

However, we will support replacement/refund if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to our error.

4) Eligible Reasons for Replacement / Refund

  • Damaged in transit (courier handling damage)
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received / incorrect printing compared to the order confirmation

5) What We Need From You

  • Order ID
  • Reason for request
  • Clear photos (and an unpacking video if available)
  • Outer packaging photos (if damaged in transit)

6) Resolution Timeline

  • If approved for replacement: reshipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date replacement is issued.
  • If approved for refund: refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • For cancellations (when eligible): refunds generally reflect in 4–7 business days depending on the bank/payment method.

7) Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store wallet/credit if you choose that option).
  • Once processed, settlement time depends on your bank/payment provider.

8) Non-Eligible Cases

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Minor variations that can occur due to screen/print color differences
  • Promotional/discounted items may have modified return terms (if explicitly stated at purchase)
