Ordering & Customisation

How do I place a customised order?
Select your product, upload your image or details, review the preview (if available), and proceed to checkout. Each product is made-to-order based on your selections.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Changes are possible only within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins. Once processing starts, edits may not be possible.
What image quality is recommended?
High-resolution images give the best results. Low-quality or blurred images may affect print clarity, and such outcomes are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Metro cities: 3–4 business days
Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier or location constraints.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on most products unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns on personalised products?
Personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect details provided during ordering.
When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
Refunds or replacements are supported in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or transit damage. Requests should be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets including Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Rainbow does not store card details.

Photos, Data & Privacy

Are my uploaded photos safe?
Yes. Your images are used only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or misuse customer images.
Do you keep my images after delivery?
Full-resolution images are removed after order completion. Small previews may be retained in your account for reference.
